active tournament tab persists for winner after tournament complete

Winner selection persists to next match (chrome) can cause conflicting results inadvertently

After winning first round and moving to second, dropdown list for winner selection stays on the same index selected for the previous winner. Could cause a conflicting win result for the next match.
